pools.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out the regulatory checks: pH, free chlorine, combined chlorine, temperature, transparency and other parameters imposed by the regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Take the necessary samples and analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Adjust the dosages and settings of the treatment installations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure permanent compliance with the standards imposed by AVIQ, the Walloon Region and the health authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"article__h2\">Technical installations<\/h2>\n<p>Ensure the control, monitoring and maintenance of the installations:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"article__list\">\n<li>Filtration, pumps and booster pumps.<\/li>\n<li>Boilers, heat exchangers and heating installations.<\/li>\n<li>Ventilation and dehumidification installations.<\/li>\n<li>Electrical installations and automatic dosing systems.<\/li>\n<li>Technical alarms and safety equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Slides and play equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"article__h2\">Preventive and corrective maintenance<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"article__list\">\n<li>Carry out the preventive maintenance plans and perform regular technical inspections.<\/li>\n<li>Identify the risks of breakdown before they occur.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the replacement of consumables and wear parts.<\/li>\n<li>Diagnose faults and carry out repairs within the limits of your skills.<\/li>\n<li>Organise and follow up specialised interventions and guarantee the rapid return to service of the equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Take part in the continuous improvement of the installations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"article__h2\">Management of external companies<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"article__list\">\n<li>Support the technical service providers and follow up the maintenance contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Check the quality of the interventions carried out and verify the intervention reports.<\/li>\n<li>Report any anomaly to the Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"article__h2\">Safety<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"article__list\">\n<li>Comply with and enforce the safety procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Handle chemical products in accordance with the legal requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Use personal protective equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Take part in emergency drills.<\/li>\n<li>Report any dangerous situation immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"article__h2\">Document and IT management<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"article__list\">\n<li>Complete the mandatory technical registers and record the daily checks.<\/li>\n<li>Keep the maintenance logs up to date.<\/li>\n<li>Feed the SharePoint tools and the technical management software.<\/li>\n<li>Take part in drafting and updating the technical procedures, the emergency plans and the maintenance protocols.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"article__h2\">General site maintenance<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"article__list\">\n<li>Take part in the maintenance of the surroundings.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out minor building works: plumbing, locksmithing, painting, light carpentry and various repairs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the good general presentation of the facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"article__h2\">Profile sought<\/h2>\n<p>Technical diploma of upper secondary level or technical bachelor&#8217;s degree, ideally in one of the following fields:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"article__list\">\n<li>Electromechanics.<\/li>\n<li>Electricity.<\/li>\n<li>Automation.<\/li>\n<li>Industrial maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Special building techniques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"article__h2\">Assets<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"article__list\">\n<li>Experience in a public pool.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Menerga installations or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>First-aid certificate.<\/li>\n<li>BA4 or BA5.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of water treatment.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of technical management software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"article__h2\">Behavioural skills<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"article__list\">\n<li>Sense of responsibility, autonomy and initiative.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical ability, rigour and versatility.<\/li>\n<li>Availability and team spirit.<\/li>\n<li>Sense of public service and professional discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"article__h2\">Particular conditions<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"article__list\">\n<li>Variable working hours according to the needs of the service.<\/li>\n<li>Participation in an on-call or standby system.<\/li>\n<li>Occasional interventions in the evening, at the weekend or on public holidays.<\/li>\n<li>Mandatory wearing of personal protective equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Occasional work in a humid and technical environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"article__h2\">Purpose of the position<\/h2>\n<p>Guarantee the permanent availability of the installations, the safety of users and staff, and the regulatory compliance of all the equipment of the Pool of
