The Pool of Spa is Access-i certified, the Belgian label that guarantees an assessed and documented level of accessibility for seven categories of specific needs.
From the car park to the pools, via the changing rooms, showers and services, the building has been designed so that every visitor can enjoy the experience completely independently. Our team is trained to welcome people with specific needs and remains available to help prepare your visit.
The Access-i label assesses the real accessibility of a site for:
- People with reduced mobility
- Wheelchair users
- Blind or partially sighted people
- Deaf or hard-of-hearing people
- People with comprehension difficulties
- Families with young children
- Tall people
